Please inspect your order upon receiving. If any items is missing or the wrong ones, please contact me within (3) days (before washing or placing into cage)

* if your issue is after washing please let me know what the issue is.

* if your issue is sizing, please note that all liners and cage builds are listed in the category notes and or in the direct listings. Your liner should fit as long as your cage does not contain any modifications.  However I am human, it is also entirely possible I shipped you the wrong size etc. We will work together to try and figure out where the issue is.

 

RETURNS: Please note this store is 100% CUSTOM ORDERS (this means I made the items to order JUST FOR YOU, and as a result it is much harder to resell it to someone else, plus I don’t have a lot of space here to store so much pre made items)

If you received your order and realized you ordered the wrong size, please consider donating it to a rescue or shelter. They can always use fleece bedding. It would be much appreciated by the fuzzies. 

This shop DOES NOT do returns.

However. In select instances where replacement is needed, I will instruct you to destroy the items in question, you will need to provide video or photos of the items destroyed into multiple pieces (cut with scissors into multiple pieces rendering it unusable). This prevents you from needing to pay to ship it back (which I can’t sell it anyways) and deters the odd few who abuse replacement polices etc. After the item has been verified as fully destroyed and unusable your replacement will be approved, made, and shipped to you (please note that there may be a little wait while I slip you in between open orders)

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

This shop DOES NOT do cancellations, however if you need to pause your order (for example, you are thinking about upgrading your cage size) we can pause it or edit the items to the same value as what’s been paid and make you something else. However fees were paid upon checkout, so to keep costs down, I don’t do cancellations.

I have paused orders for 4+ months upon request. It’s not an issue, and you won’t lose your money or be forgotten, just please notify me right away if you need to pause the order. If I have already started your order we can try and see what can be salvaged. If I can use what’s been cut in another open order for someone else then it’s all fine, if not then we will need to figure something out.

 

FREEBIES: I absolutely love offering freebies, and you will come to find there’s always a freebie in the store for everyone. But I’m human. I do forget things, please note if I do forget to include your freebie in your shipment, my deepest apologies. It will ship with your NEXT order. I cannot pay shipping just to ship the freebie. This is to keep costs down so that the store can continue to offer freebie to everyone. BUT PLEASE DO TELL ME IT WAS FORGOTTEN!! So I can include a memo in your invoice on my end that I owe you a freebie.
